First fully comprehensive functional evaluation & prevention education program for preschools
One of the efforts to improve the oral health of children and teenagers is by implementing school-based oral health promotion programmes, as proposed by the WHO. Pre-school serve as even more appropriate settings for health promotion as they can reach most children at the age of 2–5 and provide important networks to their families and communities.
Kindergarten-based programs can also help increase children's commitment to dental providers, especially those from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds. Moreover, kindergarten years cover the life period of childhood, during which lifelong sustainable behaviours, beliefs, and attitudes related to health are established.

project goals
To implement oral health promotion programs in pre-schools, as proposed by the WHO and other health intervention organisations. These programs provide important support networks for families and communities.
Improve Oral Health
Kindergarten-based programs can also help increase children's awareness and subsequent compliance with oral health procedures.
Health-related beliefs, behaviours, and attitudes are typically formed during early childhood. Kindergartens offer an ideal opportunity to establish and reinforce these behaviours.

iiope objectives
IIOPE was created to shift the paradigm away from the intensefocus on managing disease, to the essence of health creation through early identification and rectification of acquired dysfunctional habits.
In IIOPE we aim to create and implement full circle education, which means that we target the problem on each level.
The IIOPE program incorporates three levels of education: Family, Professional and Government.
These programs provide interactive education for parents and involve live training for preschool staff and medical professionals as part of their implementation.
Our prime focus is on children involving the help of parents, government and learning institutions

WE HAVE IDENTIFIED A NUMBER OF STRUCTURED PROGRAMS TO ALLOW SPECIALISTS TO EXPAND THEIR RANGE OF SERVICES THROUGH USING A BROADER INTERDISCIPLINARY APPROACH
This will include medical staff and caregiver education, preschool equipment, data collection, and media support.
How we spend your money?
We need to raise $150,000 to fund the project in one preschool for 250 children for 3 years. All funds raised will be allocated to our projects.
70% of the budget covers the diagnosis of 250 children and educational expenses, including medical and caregiver staffeducation, preschool equipment, and data collection.
The remaining 30% is divided between media support (up to 15%) and team salaries and administrative expenses (up to 15%).
If the budget for media and operational expenditures does not exceed the percentage limit, any remaining funds will be allocated to the education program. If we raise additional funds, we can commence work in a greater number of kindergartens.

MANAGING SYMPTOMS DOES NOT ADDRESS THE ROOT CAUSE Of THE PROBLEM. Our goal is to return the focus to finding out why the problem started.
